Featured by Martha Stewart Weddings - Bouquets Inspired by Dresses from Bridal Fashion Week
We were thrilled to work with our good friend and visionary planner Laura Remmert on a piece for Martha Stewart Weddings to design bouquets inspired by the gorgeous bridal gowns that debuted at Bridal Fashion Week in the beginning of October.
Our first bouquet drew inspiration from this gossamer floral printed Carolina Herrera dress. We used clematis, anemones, dahlias, cosmos, garden roses, lady's mantle and geranium foliage. We fell in love with the romance and ease of this free flowing dress that is perfect for an outdoor garden wedding.
We also contributed a bouquet inspired by Marchesa that featured garden roses, dahlias, and heather and sage. The composed structure of this bouquet highlights the clean yet frilled lines found in the dress- especially in the neckline which we wanted to mimic.
